Who We Are
Meet the Team
Meet our dedicated team! Wanda Cox serves as our Intake Coordinator, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for all our clients. Trelease Hartfield is our skilled Psychotherapist, providing compassionate support and guidance. Shamour Rouse, our Clinical Social Worker, is committed to helping individuals navigate their challenges and enhance their-being. Together, they create a supportive environment for everyone we serve.
I believe that it takes 3 steps to finding happiness. First, you have to "THINK" about going to therapy, which will lead you to eventually being able to “TALK” with someone who can help you gain your “TRUST” again. My mission is to assist you with finding your happiness. I look forward to meeting you and helping you adjust to any situation that may be hindering you from finding your happiness and remember, you do not have to have a mental illness to come talk, because I enjoy talking to EVERYONE. I provide individual counseling to children and adults, couples and family counseling, LGBTQIA friendly. I also work with Employee Assistance Programs. "You have to think of yourself as valuable enough to deserve what you want." - Trelease Hartfield, LCPC

I have been a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past 14 years specializing in the following platforms: Forensics, adults, children, adolescents, young adults, and the LGBTQI population. I also previously worked in Upstate New York, as a camp facilitator for families infected and affected with HIV/AIDS. These experiences have allotted me opportunities to advocate on behalf of my clients but also my community who are enduring a plethora of challenges within the following domains: the judicial system, stress management, high levels of anxiety, depression, and family problems, just to name a few. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation for spiritual balance.
